When choosing new flooring look at the thickness of the floor, the thicker the better. Ryan Homes LVP is extremely thin and would hurt my feet when barefoot. Our new floors are 12mm thick and have a nice underlayment to protect from water, sound proof and add extra cushion. Instead of upgrading your flooring with Ryan Homes I highly recommend you hire someone. Home Depot, Lowes or any local flooring company is better than any flooring you will EVER get from Ryan Homes. Trust me once you have owned nicer flooring at a fraction of the cost you will understand.

Houses are being built and completed around me but my house is still not 100% completed. Huge chunks of concrete and cracks are breaking from our garage floor which is NOT normal house settling. We have been dealing with some issues since we moved in on May 2nd 2022. One of our major concerns is that the garage floor has some major cracks and chunks of concrete breaking off.

My experience with Dan Ryan Builders has been excruciating to say the least! I signed up to have a new townhome built in February 2022 and they couldn't even get the building numbers right. Irritated at that point, but I pressed on. All customer reviews are handled by the BBB where the company is Headquartered or a central customer review processing location.

If you didn't fit into the company "culture," you were a target to be fired, even if you were going above and beyond the call of duty in your role. Management was classic for shoving their own job role responsibilities to other parties and taking credit for work they did not do. Racism was a common issue, but not addressed or acknowledged. Be ready to take work home after hours and NOT receive compensation for additional hours worked. Management turned down requests for time and a half pay, despite constantly doling out additional work from other job roles that you were never trained to do.

We are renting our current house from the new owner of our house at our own expense. Then when I try to call and voice my concern, you can not get a hold of anyone. Fixtures, doorknobs & hardware were all mismatched.

Bathroom cabinet trim pieces were falling off. We brought these issues to the attention of the construction manager and they were addressed. We don’t know if they were entered as warranty claims. They were fixed, but the fact of the matter is someone deliberately covered up chipped bathroom tiles before the closing. The trend I noticed is that the house is done up to make it pretty but done cheaply, any warranty claim is then denied as normal wear and tear. As time went on more spots in the hardwood floors needed to be re-glued, the garbage disposal leaked because it was not assembled properly and more nail pops appeared.

Started with the brand new hot water heater that died after a week, lights wire incorrectly. Gutters too high and shingles and siding loose. Overall not one thing that was done right in this house.

Ten grandchildren , seven great-grandchildren, other relatives, and many friends. Charlotte - Mr. Gattis, 92, died February 8, 2017, at home after a brief illness. He was a second generation Charlotte native, born November 3, 1924, the younger son of Minnie Smith Gattis and Louie S. Gattis. He was a graduate of Central High School and attended Davidson College. Merrill was an accomplished musician, and while a student at Central, he was invited to play violin with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra.

He spent hours outside birdwatching and feeding the birds, which he absolutely loved doing. He also loved sweets, but most of all Gina’s banana bread, which he enjoyed every morning. Loving father of Liscia , Stephanie , Marco and the late Frank Jr. Dearest grandfather of Angelo, Marco, Francesca, Luciana, Ella, Matteo, Marco Jr. and Gianna. Preceded in death by parents Domenico and Delicata, siblings Ida , Angelo, Giovanni , Guido and Aldo.

In 1993, on February 26th, a truck bomb exploded in the garage under the North Tower of the World Trade Center. When I first met Pam, I knew that I had met someone who would change my life. She taught me so much and was a great source of comfort and advice when I was fighting with my children or frustrated with something going on in my life. She was a true friend whom I could talk to about anything, and she would give great, no-frills, common sense advice. My sons enjoyed visiting with Pam; she always cracked them up and reminded them to behave as gentlemen. Her love of family, Duke University, wine and chocolate, her late husband, her dog Willie, LIFE, and PEOPLE will always be the composite memory that I have for her.

Roy was an avid gun collector, he enjoyed reading books and the Bible and also listening to birds. He was a loving and devoted father, husband and grandfather. He was also responsible for using his medical background and knowledge to save both of his children's lives in separate incidents.

The son of James and Ethyl Gattis was born December 7, 1931 at Yellville, Arkansas. He was a resident of Harrison since 1969 and worked as an EMT and in the medical field for most of his life. He was a US Army Veteran, serving in the Korean War and a member of Northside Church of Christ. Billy was born Mar. 17, 1933 in Sherman, TX, to the late George Jefferson Gattis and Ruth Mae Gattis.

The same summer, there were riots in Beaumont, Texas and Harlem, New York. In 1965, from August 11 to 16, riots broke out in Watts, a Black section of Los Angeles. An allegedly drunk African-American driver was stopped by LA police and, after a fight, police brutality was alleged - and the riots began. 34 people died in the rioting and over $40 million in property damage occurred.

He married Linda Gattis, sharing 61 years of marriage before his passing. George Daniel Howard Layne Gattis, age 39, a resident of Sparta, passed away April 1, 2022. Layne was born January 24, 1983 in Covington, the son of Nancy Layne Bruegge and the late George Gattis. Layne was employed as a crane operator at Steel Tech. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of North Carolina. She is predeceased by husband William Harrison and parents Daniel and Ruth Gattis.
