Our sales representative has been there for us throughout the whole process, answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Not only did he provide assistance with our house purchase but he gave us information regarding school registrations and daycare. He kept us updated weekly on the progress of our home ; responded to our calls and texts answering our many questions. The building process was very smooth and fast. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and welcoming. We are really looking forward to all of the social activities at the community center.
This is a major issue when one works from home and requires an internet connection. The club house has a good pool, pool tables, horse shoes, a great golf simulator, and a nice putting green. This is a great community for pet lovers !

After closing, anything goes in order to build and sell more houses, no matter how any of the new homeowners are treated. Within a week of closing Ryan Homes asks that a survey about the process be completed. I think I know why; its because the answers would be completely different from the initial after the house has been made to appear perfect. Ask for a survey a couple years later, I guarantee the answers will be much different. We will never again consider purchasing a home built from Ryan Homes. I will do my best to talk anyone I know out of buying a Ryan Home.
When choosing new flooring look at the thickness of the floor, the thicker the better. Ryan Homes LVP is extremely thin and would hurt my feet when barefoot. Our new floors are 12mm thick and have a nice underlayment to protect from water, sound proof and add extra cushion. Instead of upgrading your flooring with Ryan Homes I highly recommend you hire someone. Home Depot, Lowes or any local flooring company is better than any flooring you will EVER get from Ryan Homes. Trust me once you have owned nicer flooring at a fraction of the cost you will understand.
I advise anyone considering engaging them, to have their contract proofread by a professional, either a lawyer or realtor. When they fail to deliver according to your discussion and their word, she will refer to that contract and refuse in your face that she ever made commitments. In my case, we discussed the date by which they should have completed building my house, October 20th. I purchased the home a few months ago, when they give you the key, it's a nightmare to get warranty items fixed. I have a pantry that gets very hot, I submitted a warranty claim, warranty guy Kevin said his manager said nothing can be done.
